Neal works with individuals and families to develop financial plans built around their goals and priorities. Prior to joining Lincoln Investment in 2026, he spent 14 years at Equitable Advisors, serving as both a financial advisor and Planning Specialist, with a focus on goal-based financial planning and retirement income strategies.

Neal's approach starts with getting to know his clients: where they stand financially, what concerns them, and what they hope to accomplish. From there, he draws on his experience and the resources of his team to help clients grow, utilize, and ultimately pass on their wealth. Along the way, he strives to build lasting relationships where clients feel comfortable reaching out, whether they're navigating an important financial decision or just want to share what's new in their lives.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and holds his FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.

Originally from Northeast Philadelphia and Bucks County, Neal now lives in Bordentown, NJ, with his wife Natalie and their daughter Josie. Outside of work, he enjoys spending beach weekends with his family in Sea Isle City. A longtime fan of electronic dance music, he also enjoys attending shows and festivals.
